let this love be a lesson
I found Jada Seaton's poem "let this love be a lesson" extremely moving due to the imagery. She depicted how frustrating it is to deal with a person you have no idea what type of relationship you have with them. This poem shows that people should not settle for less than what they deserve. When Jada said " every thought of you brings me closer to certain doom," it showed how hopeless it was for her to stay with that person. I would like to applaud her for being so vulnerable and telling her story. Thank you, Jada for showing people the struggles of being led on.
