Let Go of Me
September 4, 2010
right now, I just want to cry
until everything turns out alright.
But with the way that everything is going,
I'll have cried a river by morning.
Right now, i want to hide under the covers
until this horrid scene is over.
But this screen play is going slowly
so I fear I'll always be lonely.
Right now, I want to scream so loud,
until not another sound comes out.
But then I will be noticed,
and I will have ruined my purpose.
Right now, i want to let go,
give up, and forget it all.
But you don't seem to think the same,
because you won't let go of me.
