Determined…
My feelings for you are unreal, I think about you night and day. I know they say you shouldn't live in the past but the past has my happiness, and I want it back. I'm tired of watching the days go by and I'm not back in your arms. I hate being "friend-zoned" by the one that has my heart. I'm living in a nightmare but disguising it as a dream. No one knows the pain I feel or the tears I cry. Swallowing the hurt like it's candy, but slowly killing me like it's poison. It's like my love is a story everyone takes for granted. A heart can only take so much until it breaks, but you'd be surprised how well a broken heart can stay incognito. My brain is furious because I refuse to listen to it, but my heart, my heart is fighting for what it wants and she's not giving up until she gets back what was once hers!
